Many Spas/hot tubs use AquaFlo Flo-Master Pumps. These pumps are designed with a special high performance impeller designed to achieve maximum flow rates for such compact pumps. This means lower amperage motors will give you the higher GPM than other motors - saving you $'s in electricity.
FMCP is a "Center" Discharge pump, this means that the discharge port comes out of the center of the wet end housing [see below].
FMHP is "Side" Discharge which is a standard orientation. The discharge port is offset [see below].
