Gecko M-Class Spa Controls
Gecko M-Class Spa Controls are the most reliable spa control boxes on the market. Gecko M-Class (aka MSPA- etc) controls are found in many brands of Spas and Hot Tubs. Gecko manufactures spa controls for spa companies so your 'branded' control box could likely be Gecko!
The circuit board modules in Gecko M-Class control boxes are replaceable. Which gives two options, Repair or Replace. Replacing
the board module yourself could save you a lot of money! Replacing the board module yourself is doable, it is a moderately technical task. If you are
familiar with how electrical components are wired & how electricity
works we recommend a DIY installation. If you're not so sure we'd
recommend calling a spa tech for the installation. There could also be
some changes in functionality, be sure to check before you install.
Option two is repair; Spa Part Shop uses Gecko level 2 repair facilities, for all repairs. If you think that your control box is not extensively damaged please fill out the repair form here. If there is major damage such as fire or charring the board is not likely reparable.

Spa packs are electrical components carrying high voltage. We advice all work be done by an experienced technician. All efforts must be taken to avoid the risk of electric shock. Spa Parts Shop offers level 1 telephone support to their customer installations of Gecko Spa Packs. Once electricity is supplied to a new control back it is no longer returnable unless under a Warranty Claim. Please contact Spa Parts Shop for further terms and restrictions.
